Who may attend SHSU's All-State Choir Camp?
Any student who will be eligible to audition for the high school All-State Choirs in the coming fall is eligible. This means current 8th graders who will be in 9th grade in the fall after camp, up through current 11th graders who will be in 12th grade this coming fall.
Do you work on the Small School Mixed music?
Students from Small Schools are encouraged to attend, but we will only be covering the Large School, Tenor-Bass, and Treble packets in sectionals and rehearsals.
How do I get my music?
We do not provide music to campers. You can pick up the music in person, or have it sent to you by contacting AMC Music in Houston:

Do I have to live on campus?
No, but it’s way more fun. You will be staying in dorm “suites” with other campers and will form close bonds with those staying with you. We highly recommend staying on campus.
Do I need to pay in full when I register for camp?
You do not, but a non-refundable installment of $75 dollars is required at registration. All camp fees must be paid in full prior to the start of camp. There is no late-registration fee this year.
What is the last day I can register for camp?
Registration will close on July 7, 2024. All payments must be made in full by July 21, 2024.
