Kaju Lee
Staff Accompanist
Pianist Dr. Kaju Lee has recently completed her Doctoral of Musical Arts degree in Collaborative Piano at the University of Colorado-Boulder, where she studied with Anne Epperson. Ms. Lee also holds degrees from the Manhattan School of Music,McGill University in Montréal and Hanyang University in Seoul. She has studied with Robert Spillman, Gait Sirguey, Maestro Nicholas Carthy, Mutsumi Moteki, Michael McMahon, Dale Bartlett, Raymond Beegle, and the Takás quartet.
Ms. Lee has participated in many festivals including the prestigious Music Academy of the West, Salzburg Music Festival in 2006, Aria Music Festival, and the Orford Music Festival. She has performed extensively as a collaborative partner in Canada, Korea, Austria, and throughout the United States.
Ms. Lee has performed in lessons and master classes with Robert Langevin, William Bennett, Donald McInnes, Zvi Zeitlin, and Edith Bers among others.
Ms. Lee's performances have been broadcast by the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation Radio and Busan Munhwa Broadcasting Corporation. Ms. Lee has held staff positions for the Choral Symphony Society in New York City and the Pre-College Division of the Manhattan School of Music.
