Registration for the Spring Semester of KatFit is now open through 1/18!
KatFit is a high-intensity, functional training workout program. The classes are designed to help you improve your overall strength, endurance and cardiovascular fitness. All fitness levels welcome.
KatFit is offered in two, seven-week series throughout the semester. You can choose to sign up for either Mon/Wed/Fri @ 4:30pm or Tues/ Thurs @ 6pm.
