The subject was last seen entering a Dark Gray 4-door Dodge pickup before leaving the area.
Original Message:
Officers were dispatched to 1903 University Avenue (Estill Building) to an assault today (April 28th) at approximately 4:10 PM. A white male subject kissed a female without consent.
Officers were dispatched to 1836 Sam Houston Avenue (SHSU Museum Grounds) approximately thirty minutes later in reference to a sexual assault fondling. A white male matching the same description, kissed and fondled a female without consent.
The white male suspect is described as muscular, college aged, and dark haired. He was last seen in the area of the SHSU museum grounds wearing a dark red t-shirt, dark shorts, and dark shoes.
The suspect approached both individuals asking if they wanted to see a magic trick. He asked them to close their eyes before committing the assaults.
