The Harrell Center is located at 2224 Avenue M, Huntsville, TX. It houses a classroom and laboratory facilities for teaching, providing hands-on learning experiences, and applied research in power machinery, hot and cold metalwork, foundry techniques, agricultural and residential construction techniques, surveying, soil and water conservation, electricity, electronics, concrete, and hydraulic technologies.
