About The Woodlands Center
The Woodlands Center is SHSU’s newest campus, ideally located on the cusp of Houston. Our 4-story, 140, 000+ square foot facility is outfitted with state-of-the-art technology including 33 high tech classrooms with saturated WiFi, 4 computer instructional classrooms, a computer lab and on-site IT technicians. In addition, it has a 120-seat auditorium, library services with a full time librarian, and study areas through out the building.
Prospective and current students can also find important services and resources such as financial aid, academic advising, enrollment services, community counseling, testing, and registration. Students and visitors alike can purchases needed items at the Barnes and Nobles bookstore or snacks at Aramark’s Provisions on Demand, which blends the corner store quick convenience with modern market style and service.
