REBECCA MYERS, M.Ed.

Rebecca Myers is a full-time lecturer of Spanish focusing on the beginner and intermediate levels of Spanish, including laboratory. She joined SHSU in January of 2022. Her research interests include Comprehensible Input (CI), Teaching Proficiency through Reading and Storytelling (TPRS), and Social Emotional Learning of the student. She is a member of the Texas Foreign Language Association (TFLA). Rebecca has lived in many states and a few countries, giving her a rich understanding of people, culture, and languages. Rebecca is fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
