No, you do not need to submit test scores. If you decide to submit them, please contact the appropriate testing agency to request that your score report be sent to SHSU (SAT school code: 6643; ACT school code: 4162). Test scores will only be considered if they enhance your chances of admission; submitting them will not negatively impact your application.
