Bearkat Kickoff is SHSU’s official freshman welcome week program into academic and campus life at Sam Houston State University. During Bearkat Kickoff, you’ll explore your beautiful campus, develop new friendships, learn about SHSU’s culture, and connect to resources — all planned to prepare you for the SHSU college experience.
