Program Goals

Provide a comprehensive, educational, and supportive experience that aids the transition of incoming freshmen into college life.
Develop and create programming initiatives and structures for freshmen that focuses on academic excellence, mental well-being, and campus connection.
Establish a safe and inclusive environment for students, faculty, and staff to collaborate and build an effective transition for incoming freshmen.
Evaluate students’ experiences to further enhance the initiative, and ultimately exam goals and outcomes to improve student success, retention, and graduation.
