Our energetic Group Fitness Instructors bring their expertise in cardio, strength training, yoga, dance, & more to create engaging & motivating group classes.
For personalized guidance, our highly skilled Personal Trainers work closely with you, designing tailored workout plans & offering expert advice in weightlifting, functional training, HIIT, & endurance training.

Why members should join my class: dance fitness allows people to have fun while they work out, while they learn actual Latin inspired dance moves! We burn almost the same amount of calories you would if you were to go to the gym and run on the treadmill for 45 minutes. It’s a super fun class and you get the opportunity to meet new people!
