Meet our dedicated student staff at the SHSU Campus Rec fitness program!

Our energetic Group Fitness Instructors bring their expertise in cardio, strength training, yoga, dance, & more to create engaging & motivating group classes.

For personalized guidance, our highly skilled Personal Trainers work closely with you, designing tailored workout plans & offering expert advice in weightlifting, functional training, HIIT, & endurance training.

Our student staff members are currently enrolled at SHSU. Many of them are studying health and wellness disciplines, and receive training to ensure the highest quality instruction. Join us and let our passionate team inspire you to achieve your fitness goals!

Why members should join my class: dance fitness allows people to have fun while they work out, while they learn actual Latin inspired dance moves! We burn almost the same amount of calories you would if you were to go to the gym and run on the treadmill for 45 minutes. It’s a super fun class and you get the opportunity to meet new people!

Why members should train with me: I've been working out for about 10 years, and I've been the big guy but also the super lean fit guy. I know progress takes time and consistency, but also requires support and motivation. I'll be sure to support you and motivate you to reach your goals!
