New Headshot Service

Highly Requested Resource "Captures" Attention

Previous Headshot Days have provided hundreds of Bearkats the opportunity to receive professional photos needed in today's digital age. However, some students were unable to attend due to their busy schedules. To address this issue and offer a more personalized experience, we launched a new headshot service in October 2024. The service is available every two weeks, on Thursdays and Fridays, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Students and alumni can schedule individual appointments with our department photographer and have up to five photos taken. They are welcome to choose any pose they like, and the headshots will be delivered within one week of the shoot.

In addition, the studio is set up with fluorescent lighting and a gray backdrop, providing a polished, modern look. When weather permits, we also offer attendees the option to pose on a stone balcony located outside the studio.

Steps to Schedule an Appointment:

1. Sign in to Campus Connect.
2. Click the blue appointment box in the right-hand corner.
3. Select “Student Resources” as the appointment type, then scroll to find “CS - Headshot.”
4. Choose your preferred time!
