Zoom: Install Desktop App
The Zoom desktop app allows users to quickly schedule and join meetings without having to open up the calendar invite or a web browser. The Zoom desktop app can be downloaded from the Software Center. The Zoom desktop app also installs the Zoom plugin for Outlook (Note: Outlook will need to be closed and opened after installation to see the plug.).
Start typing Software Center in the Search area of the Start Menu or taskbar. The more text typed, the more narrow the results.
Select Software Center.
Locate and select Zoom and select Install on the following screen.
Once Zoom is installed, you can start a meeting, join a meeting, schedule a meeting, share the screen, view scheduled meetings, among other features.
