Debt Management

Resolves past due balances by working with students and personnel that owe money, while coordinating long term debt collections with an outside collections agency.

External Tuition & Fee Contracts

Bills and collects tuition and fee payments from external contracts, such as Go Army, Texas Tomorrow, and Texas Promise.

Student AR Access

Assigns employee access of student financial data based on position and department.

Tuition & Fee Assessment

Ensures that tuition and fee rates approved by the Board of Regents are assessed and collected.
