SHSU MarCom Team Recognized With Multiple Telly Awards

Sam Houston State University’s Marketing and Communications team has won 14 Telly Awards.
Award winners represent work from some of the most respected advertising agencies, television stations, production companies and publishers from around the world.
Under the direction of university videographer Mike Foster, SHSU received three silver, 10 bronze and one Bronze People’s Telly Awards for a video highlighting the university’s new College of Osteopathic Medicine. The People’s Telly is voted on by the online community and rated on a five-star system. This is the team’s third People’s Telly Award.

About the Telly Awards
The Telly Awards honor excellence in video and television across all screens and all entries are judged by members of The Telly Award Judging Council, a membership-based division of The Telly Awards. Comprised of over 200+ industry experts and prior Telly Award Winners, members represent leading professionals from top advertising and production companies, networks, and content studios.
This year’s edition received over 11,000 entries and saw an increase in global submissions from Australia, Mexico, Europe (Germany, Spain, France) and Asia (Malaysia, Singapore, Taiwan).
