The SAT is a standardized test meant to show schools how prepared you are for college by measuring key skills reading comprehension, ability to quickly and accurately process equations and clarity of expression.

TESTING DAYS AND TIMES (Huntsville Campus)
Registration for the SAT is handled through the testing companies website.
(Test dates are subject to change without notice.)
- Select Saturday's throughout the year.
- Examinees need to report to the testing site at least 15-30 minutes prior to their scheduled testing time on their scheduled testing date

REGISTRATION/ADMINISTRATION INFORMATION
- SAT registration is handled through the testing company website. Please visit collegeboard.org to register for your exam.
- Create a College Board account
- Provide full legal name and other identifying information
- Take the time to answer the other information questions for colleges (this will also help with scholarship opportunities.)
- Determine if you want to take the SAT with Essay
- Upload your photo
- Check out and print your admissions ticket

ITEMS NEEDED
- The following items will be needed on the day of testing:
- SAT admissions ticket
- Photo ID
- Must be a valid photo ID issued by the government or the school you currently attend.
- Must have your full legal name exactly as it appears on the admissions ticket
- Must have a recognizable photo
- Must be in good condition with clearly legible English language text
- Two Number 2 pencils with erasers
- Approved calculator
- The following items will be needed on the day of testing:

SCORES
- SAT scores will be available on your online portal 4-6 weeks after the exam date
- SAT scores will be sent to colleges 10 days after the scores are posted on your online portal
