The university respects and supports the First Amendment rights of all lawful expression, regardless of content and or views communicated. Although the university cannot restrict expressive activity that may not align with SHSU's values or may offend some in our community, we do offer several resources for students, faculty, and staff to cope with discomfort or report a complaint.
