Data Requests

This form will allow you to submit an online request for Alumni data from The Office of University Advancement.

To continue the address request, you must agree to the following:

  1. You must be representing an SHSU Organization or Department.
  2. Data files must be deleted once used for the identified purpose.
  3. Requests can be made as necessary to ensure accuracy of data that is regularly updated.  
  4. This information must only be used for SHSU functions or departmental business.
