The SHSU LGBTQI+ Faculty & Staff Network was informally founded Spring 2016. A number of faculty and staff at various stages of their career came together to establish an official venue for LGBTQI+-identified professionals at our university and their allies to network and exchange experience.
The network hosts mixers each semester and various events intended to strengthen the intellectual and professional life of its members.
