February 1, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. CT Faculty Review Portfolios due
  DPTAC reviewers have 8 weeks to evaluate portfolios
April 1, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. CT DPTAC notifications to faculty due
  Results are sent to chairs, deans, and the Provost

If PAFD Required*

April 10, 2025 Chair and faculty provide nominees
April 15, 2025 Peer evaluators selected
April 20-30, 2025 Faculty and peer evaluators devise PAFD
May 1-4, 2025 PAFD plan approved by Department chair/School director and sent to Dean and Provost
Fall 2025 Semester PAFD begins
February 1, 2026 Peer reports due to Department chair/School director and faculty member
February 1-15, 2026 Faculty provides supplementals
April 1, 2026 Status of PAFD is reported
April 15, 2026 Dean notifies faculty member, department chair/school director, peer reviewers,
and Provost of recommendation
May 1, 2026 Provost informs all the final decision
