Bearkat Village

The benefits of living on campus with the perks of living off campus, Bearkat Village Apartments provide luxury student living for upperclassmen. Students share a two bedroom, one full bathroom apartment equipped with a full kitchen and appliances which include a full size refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher.

The living area is a comfortable space for entertaining with bar stools, sofa, coffee tables, end tables and a chair. Each bedroom is furnished with an extra-long twin bed, desk and chair, chest of drawers and a built in closet. Apartment climate is individually controlled.

Residents also have access to a secured coinless laundry room and a peaceful courtyard with Wi-Fi. The clubhouse has a full meeting room and includes a pool table as well as gaming equipment used for programs and other events. All utilities and services are already included in the semester rent.
