Copper Village

Reinventing traditional housing options, Copper Village Apartments (formerly 2000 Sycamore at Millennium Square) are located directly across the street from the SHSU athletic fields at the corner of Bowers and Sycamore Ave. This community provides luxury student living for upperclassmen only (sophomores & above). 

Copper Village is a gender-neutral community, meaning each unit is not limited to just male or female students (units can be co-ed). It is also pet friendly in designated areas. Please review our Pet Policy prior to applying.

Students will enjoy the privacy of a 1 bedroom/1 bath or share a 2 bedroom/2 bath unit. Apartments include granite countertops, vinyl plank wood floors, in-unit washer and dryer, and back patio. Each apartment home is equipped with a full kitchen including a microwave, full size refrigerator, and dishwasher. The living area is a relaxed space and will include a chair, sofa, end table, and dining table with chairs. Bedroom furniture will include a full size bedframe and mattress, standard desk, desk chair, and a 3 drawer dresser.

Residents of Copper Village will be exempt from the on-campus dining requirements as there is a full kitchen within the unit. This opens the option for residents to select from any dining plan or waive it entirely.
